Porsche Track Precision 4.3.0

The new Track Precision App 3.0 has been completely redesigned with numerous enhancements specifically catered for racetrack use.

Available for the following Porsche models:

• Porsche Track Precision App is available for Porsche models equipped with the Sport Chrono Package and Porsche Connect, including:
• • - 991/981 GT from model year 2015
  • - 991 II/982 from model year 2017 (from calendar week 45/2016)
  • - All 992 derivatives
  • - Cayenne, Panamera, and Taycan from model year 2022

Function overview:

1. Automatic lap time recording: Lap times can be automatically recorded thanks to precise GPS data. Choose from over 200 predefined race tracks worldwide or create your own.
2. Recording of precise vehicle data: The Track Precision App connects to the Porsche Communication Management system or a special app control unit to capture accurate data from the vehicle's sensors.
3. Recording of vital data: If an Apple Watch is paired with an iPhone, the app records heart rate information via Apple Health, which can be later analyzed.
4. Live displays: Two live views are available while driving on a race track:
   • - Lap timer: Clear display of lap time with real-time deviation to a reference lap recording and predictive lap time.
   • - Drive at your limits: Reduced display of current and potential learned performance.
5. Video analysis: Record videos using your smartphone during driving for subsequent analysis. Add a second video from another smartphone camera or action cam to gain additional perspectives. Videos are available for viewing directly on your smartphone, enhanced with useful driving data to improve performance.
6. Driving performance analysis: By connecting to vehicle sensors, the app allows you to analyze additional driving data and compare it with previous laps. This helps improve driving performance by evaluating various factors like steering angle, braking pressure, and accelerator pedal position. Videos and driving data can also be exported to a PC for detailed analysis.
7. Sharing with other drivers: Share your driving experience with friends through social networking sites.
8. Support of the Apple Watch and Healthkit: Record and analyze heart rate data using an Apple Watch and Healthkit integration.

• Only use the Track Precision App on tracks that are closed to the public. Adapt your driving style to your personal ability and the prevailing conditions. As the driver, you are solely responsible for controlling your vehicle.
• The full range of app functions is only available when driving on tracks closed to the public that are supported by the Track Precision App.
• Secure your smartphone in a holder designed for this purpose. Park your vehicle safely before operating the application or viewing evaluations and analyses.
• The accuracy of displayed values, evaluations, and analyses cannot be guaranteed as conditions may vary.
• The use of GPS via smartphone may decrease battery life if the phone is not connected to the vehicle charging connection.
• Usage may be restricted based on legal stipulations in certain markets or events. Always ensure compliance with applicable local regulations.
